Polarimeter

The Polarimeter has all the attributes required for standard Quality Control, Superior Assurance and Process Control as well as for Analysis applications. It has all the four scales used in normal research that is Angular Rotation, Specific Optical Rotation, international Sugar Scale, and Concentration. It is generally, used to determine the optical rotation of the sample place within the instruments.

The polarized light after moving past via the sample going down on the analyzer varies from the to prevent zero position to the extent of optical rotation of the sample and the photomultiplier indicator will make an electrical signal with the regularity corresponding to the optical rotation of the sample. This indication after passing via the selective frequency circuit and power amplifier moves the servo-motor & in turn the analyzer until the optical zero position is regained. The analyzer rotation is measured by an encoder and is displayed on the digital readout as the optical rotation of the sample.
